About Our Data
Sources
Locations come from OpenStreetMap plus official Chicago, DC, Montgomery County, Baltimore, Arlington and Lakeland open data. IIHS community records remain separate from map pins.
Accuracy
Coordinates must fall inside 2025 Census state boundaries. Official city records take priority over nearby OSM points, but a listed coordinate does not confirm current citation activity.
Updates
The generated dataset records its update time and source counts. Camera programs change frequently, so use the cited agency when current operating status matters.
